Hi! I am Nicole and I am the person behind DementiaDen.com. Welcome to my website dedicated to providing valuable resources and information on dementia care. I understand the challenges that come with caring for someone with dementia, and my goal is to provide you with the knowledge and support you need to navigate this difficult journey

In my experience of working with those living with dementia, I have learned that there are so many families struggling to care for their loved ones with the disease. Many families have little to no support and they do not know who to approach some of the behaviors that occur as the disease progresses.

There is so much progress to be made in the area of dementia care. The stigma and medicalization of the illness has negatively impacted the quality of life for those living with the disease.

My goal in creating this website is to promote the provision of compassionate care to individuals with dementia and their families. I believe that everyone affected by dementia deserves the highest quality of care, and I hope to support my readers in achieving this goal.
